Unit 13
本单元要求学员主要掌握下列听力技能：
1. 表示请求及询问的用法，如：Excuse me, but…? What about…?等。
2. 关于计算机、软件的词汇和词组，如：palm-tops, portable computer, Word, Excel, IBM等。
3. 关于网络信息和信息技术的词汇和词组， 如：email, download, Internet, information age, IT 等。
4. 了解有关国家和地区的背景知识。
5. 表示人物或事物之间相等比较的句型。
6. 表示人物或事物之间不相等比较的句型。
7. 表示人物、事物或行为之间的对照或对比。常用的连词有how; however; nevertheless; though; although; or rather; in fact; actually; to be exact; on the other hand; on the contrary; in contrast; the more..., the more..., used to..., but (not)...
